Our venue is located in beautiful South Hero in the Champlain Islands, Vermont. Here are the two hotels on the island that will offer lake views and serenity. The Hampton Inn in Colchester is the closest off-island accommodation. Burlington is less than a 30 minute drive and offers an abundance of hotels, restaurants and things to do. Please note that when searching for hotels, Plattsburgh NY often comes up as a nearby area. It is about 45 min to get to South Hero from Plattsburgh and requires a 15min ferry ride across the lake.....which could be fun! (Ferry prices are $11.75 for car & driver and $5.25 per additional person)
